Dental Chair Installation Guidelines
A dental unit is essential medical equipment for dentists. In recent years, the adoption of many new technologies has made dental chair equipment more humane. Dental treatment machines are divided into two types: pneumatic and electric. The performance and intelligence of dental treatment machines have improved significantly.
Air, water, and electricity are the three essential elements of the dental chair. Therefore, arrange the air and water pipelines before installation (try to run them as far as possible from the ground), and install the first water filter in the water line to prevent it from affecting the machine's interior. To extend the life of the water filter element, the air pump should not be too close to the dental chair, as noise during pumping can affect the patient's treatment. If there is more equipment, it is recommended to use a central gas supply, which can not only save expenses and reduce failures, but also ensure the quality of gas supply.

Usually, the newly purchased dental chair equipment is installed and debugged by the manufacturer, but the doctor should be present as much as possible during the installation process. In this case, if there is any problem in the future, you can try to solve it yourself.
The dental unit has one-piece type and split type, most of which are one-piece type, consisting of patient chair, doctor's position, nurse's position, footrest, operating light, side box, and floor box. Among them, the patient seat has two types of control: electric and manual. The electric power part has three types: screw drive, electro-hydraulic and belt drive. Manual control mainly uses a foot pedal to control seat position using oil pressure. The treatment machine is mainly composed of high-speed mobile phones, low-speed mobile phones (pneumatic or electric), a three-purpose spray gun, a saliva suction device, an automatic water dispenser, an instrument tray, a shadowless lamp, an X-ray film viewer, a dental scaler, a light-curing machine (usually Optional), a sputum bowl, and gas, water, and electricity control parts. The principle of action is mostly to control water and electricity by air to treat oral diseases such as tooth extraction, tooth insertion, tooth repair, and tooth cleaning.
