CINGOL X3 and X5 Series Dental Units and Dental Chairs
At CINGOL, we develop dental chairs around the movements, controls and instrument arrangements that shape everyday dental work. The X3 and X5 dental unit series bring these elements together through a range of delivery configurations and operating features.
X3 series dental unit combines practical chair-positioning functions with adjustable instrument delivery and, in newer models, digital options. The X5 NEW Integral model integrates the CINGOL Ark System into a single unit, combining touchscreen operation with voice interaction. Across both series, individual models offer different ways to organize and control the equipment used during treatment.

CINGOL X3 Series: Practical Controls and Adaptable Instrument Delivery
The X3 series combines chair positioning, instrument access, and everyday operating functions. Its different models offer familiar controls alongside newer digital interfaces, with features tailored to each configuration.
Chair Position Memory for Different Operators
X3 Standard dental chair provides nine stored chair positions across three dentist profiles. Operators can save their preferred positions and recall them during use, reducing the need to repeat the same manual adjustments.
This gives a shared dental chair a practical way to accommodate different working preferences while keeping frequently used positions accessible.
Coordinated Cleaning-Position Controls
The X3 Standard includes a dedicated cleaning-position command. Pressing the “C” control raises the chair to its highest position, activates cuspidor flushing, and switches off the operating light.
By bringing these actions into one command, we simplify a routine transition after treatment. The model also includes an adjustable water-heating system, adding control over water temperature.
Adjustable Instrument Delivery
X3 Standard Top-Mounted dental unit features a rotatable dentist element and electric height adjustment for the main instrument tray.
These adjustments let the operator position the delivery element and tray as part of the working setup. The design emphasizes instrument access and the ability to adjust the equipment around the operator’s preferred position.
Digital Operation in the X3 NEW Model
X3 NEW Top-Mounted model extends the range with the CINGOL Ark System. It brings touchscreen control of the chair and instruments together with voice interaction.
This adds a digital operating option within the X3 family. Alongside the positioning and delivery features of our standard models, it demonstrates how we continue to develop the series through different control interfaces and equipment configurations.

CINGOL X5 Series: Integrated Design and Digital Operation
The X5 series dental unit includes integral, top-mounted, and cart configurations, offering different chair and instrument delivery arrangements. Within the range, the X5 NEW Integral model brings digital controls into an integrated dental unit through the CINGOL Ark System.
Touchscreen Control of the Chair and Instruments
X5 NEW Integral dental unit incorporates touchscreen control for both the chair and instruments. The visual interface brings these functions together, letting operators adjust equipment settings through an on-screen control system.
This integration is a central feature of the model. It connects chair operation and instrument control within the same digital platform, making the interface part of the treatment unit’s overall design.
Voice Interaction Through the CINGOL Ark System
The Ark System also supports voice interaction, adding another way to operate supported functions alongside the touchscreen.
We bring these interfaces together to offer different ways to interact with the equipment. Touchscreen operation provides a visual control surface, while voice interaction expands the system's input options.
Imaging Integration and Multi-Terminal Coordination
The X5 NEW Integral model’s Ark platform also incorporates multimodal imaging integration, including CBCT and intraoral scan data, together with multi-terminal coordination.
These capabilities connect equipment operation with digital information within the treatment environment. Imaging integration refers to working with imaging data; the dental chair itself does not replace a CBCT scanner or an intraoral scanner.
Different Instrument Delivery Arrangements
Across X5 range, integral, top-mounted and cart configurations provide different approaches to instrument delivery. The integral format combines components into a single unit, while the cart format places the dentist’s delivery element on a separate mobile cart.
These equipment arrangements complement our development of digital controls. Together, they give the X5 range its focus on integrated operation and a choice of delivery formats. The Ark functions described above relate specifically to our X5 NEW Integral model; equipment and functions vary by configuration.
What to Compare Before Choosing X3 or X5
X3 series combines practical positioning controls with adjustable instrument delivery. Features such as stored chair positions, coordinated cleaning-position controls, and an electrically adjustable tray address specific daily operational tasks. Newer X3 models also extend the range with digital interfaces.
X5 range offers several delivery configurations, with the X5 NEW Integral model bringing chair and instrument controls together through the CINGOL Ark System. Its touchscreen, voice interaction, and digital integration capabilities are central to this model’s operating experience.

Share Your Country, Quantity and Configuration Needs to Request Quote
A useful inquiry gives the supplier enough context to propose a specific unit. Include your destination country, whether you are purchasing for a clinic or distribution, the number of chairs, the preferred X3 or X5 model, and the delivery layout. Add the required instruments and accessories, available utilities, and your target delivery schedule.
If the layout is undecided, attach a room plan and explain how your team intends to work. Ask for clearly itemized alternatives so you can see which equipment or services account for a price difference.
